This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with
the Essentials and Standards of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical
Education through the joint sponsorship of the University of South Florida College
of medicine and Training Academy on Aging. The University of South Florida College
of Medicine is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical
Education to sponsor continuing medical education for physicians.
The University of South Florida College of Medicine designates
this educational activity for a maximum of 40 credit hours. Each physician should
claim only those hours of credit that he/she actually spent in the educational

by the University of South Florida College of Nursing, which is accredited as
a provider of continuing education in nursing by the American Nurses Credentialing
Center's Commission on Accreditation. Each nurse should claim only those hours
