Course Description/Needs Assessment

This intensive Parkinson’s Disease (PD) program will review the most up to date information regarding PD, and the treatment of PD. Case studies will be used to exemplify the complex problems patients, caregivers and the treating physicians are facing throughout the disease course, in a forum open to questions and discussions. The topics include information that those caring for patients with PD need to be knowledgeable about in order to assist patients with understanding and long term compliance to preserve the PD patient’s quality of life.
