Course Description
 

This course is designed for practicing urologists who are interested in updating their knowledge in the diagnosis, evaluation and management of urologic diseases. There will be strong emphasis on the technical aspects of various urological procedures. A distinguished faculty will present advances in the management of urological problems including pediatric urology, uro-oncology, sexual function, robotic and minimally invasive surgery and reconstructive surgery. There will be ample time for questions and answers.

Objectives
 
Upon the completion of this program, the participant should be able to:
  • Determine the latest methodology in the diagnosis and treatment of sexual dysfunction
  • Evaluate advances in the management of prostate cancer patients with radiation related complications
  • Incorporate into clinical practice advances in the management of prostate, bladder, and kidney cancer
  • Discuss techniques of reconstructive surgery for a variety of urologic disorders
  • Review practical applications for medical stone management and techniques for managing renal and ureteral calculi
  • Utilize the latest methodology in the diagnosis and treatment of pediatric urology disorders
